Per un soggiorno piacevole è bene conoscere le norme del regolamento interno della casa. 

• La casa è esclusivamente riservata agli Ospiti paganti, eventuali  ospiti esterni dovranno essere preventivamente approvati dalla Direzione.
• Potrete prendere possesso dell'unità abitativa dopo le 14:00 del giorno dell'arrivo e dovrete lasciarla libera entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza.
• Ciascun Ospite è tenuto alla custodia dei propri effetti personali e dei preziosi lasciati nell'appartamento; il proprietario non risponde della loro malaugurata sottrazione.
• Ciascun ospite è responsabile del proprio comportamento e di quello di eventuali minori ospitati nella casa e nell'area circostante ad essa e , in caso di incidenti a lui imputabili, sarà inoltre chiamato a risarcire eventuali danni.
• Al conduttore vengono consegnate le chiavi dell'intera struttura, in caso di smarrimento e/o deterioramento delle stesse o delle serrature, deve essere data tempestiva comunicazione al locatore, saranno addebitate al conduttore le eventuali spese di sostituzione/rifacimento .
• Gli Ospiti sono pregati, prima di uscire dall'unità abitativa, di chiudere finestre, rubinetti acqua e gas, luci e tutti gli apparecchi elettrici (TV, Climatizzatore, Piano Cottura ..) e accertarsi inoltre di aver chiuso portone e cancello.
• L'uso del caminetto, della lavatrice e di altri apparecchi /attrezzature (anche se di proprietà del conduttore) che non sono parte integrante dell'offerta deve essere concordato/autorizzato dal Proprietario.
• Il proprietario della struttura ha il diritto, anche in assenza dell'ospite se in circostanze di particolare emergenza, di entrare nell'appartamento per evitare l'insorgere di possibili danni/pericoli. Il proprietario è tenuto ad informare tempestivamente l'ospite del proprio ingresso.
• È vietato asportare qualsiasi parte dell'attrezzatura in dotazione sia apparecchi/strumenti che biancheria.
• È fatto assoluto divieto di fumare nella casa e di introdurre nel piano superiore qualsiasi tipo di stufetta scaldino e/o fiamma libera.
• Il Proprietario ha il diritto di sospendere la prestazione di servizio all'Ospite che contravvenga alle disposizioni del presente regolamento interno e di procedere alla rescissione immediata del contratto e all'allontanamento dell'Ospite stesso.
• All'arrivo nella struttura ogni ospite è tenuto ad essere informato sulla Normativa Privacy e a consegnare il proprio documento di riconoscimento personale (Carta Identità o Passaporto) al Proprietario affinché questi possa registrarlo per poter adempiere agli obblighi di legge in materia.
• È previsto un costo extra di pulizia finale di euro 25. 
• L'accettazione di eventuali animali va concordata con la direzione ed ha un costo giornaliero di euro cinque.

• The house is exclusively reserved for paying guests and access to unauthorized persons is prohibited; the visits of any external guests must be previously approved by the Management.
• You can take possession of the housing unit after 12:00 on the day of arrival and you must vacate it by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• Each Guest is required to take care of their personal effects and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate removal.
• Each guest is responsible for their own behavior and that of any minors housed in the house and in the surrounding area and, in the event of accidents attributable to them, will also be required to pay compensation for any damage.
• The tenant is given the keys to the entire structure, in case of loss and / or deterioration of the same or of the locks, timely notice must be given to the lessor, any replacement / refurbishment costs will be charged to the tenant.
• Guests are requested, before leaving the apartment, to close windows, water and gas taps, lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, hob ..) and also make sure that the door and gate have been closed.
• The use of the fireplace, washing machine and other appliances / equipment (even if owned by the tenant) that are not an integral part of the offer must be agreed / authorized by the Owner.
• The owner of the property has the right, even in the absence of the guest if in circumstances of particular emergency, to enter the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damage / dangers. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of their entry.
• It is forbidden to remove any part of the equipment supplied, both appliances / tools and linen.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house and to introduce any type of heater and / or open flame on the upper floor.
• The Owner has the right to suspend the provision of service to the Guest who contravenes the provisions of these internal regulations and to proceed with the immediate termination of the contract and its removal.
• Upon arrival at the facility, each guest is required to be informed about the Privacy Policy and to deliver their personal identification document (Identity Card or Passport) to the Owner so that he can register it in order to comply with the relevant legal obligations.
