Situati in una posizione strategica: a dieci minuti dalla A24 (Tivoli) e dalla A1 (San Cesareo).. a pochissimi chilometri da #Roma, dalle bellezze di #Tivoli (#Villa Adriana, #Villa D'Este e #Villa Gregoriana) e dal Parco Giochi #Raimbow Magic Land di #Valmontone.. per trascorrere una vacanza o pausa relax di qualche ora, di un giorno, di un weekend o di più giorni.

Il Villino

Semplice ma accogliente, ha un accesso indipendente ed è comprensivo di giardino e barbeque all'aperto; è circondato dal verde, incorniciato da un bellissimo bosco e vi permetterà di ritrovare voi stessi nella massima discrezione e riservatezza.

Vi permetterà di addormentarvi col canto di grilli e cicale e di svegliarvi con quello degli uccellini , di sonnecchiare o leggere un libro cullati dal silenzio "assordante" della campagna.

Arredato in stile contadino e munito di aria condizionata, impianto TV satellitare e Rete WIFI il villino è composto da un ampio salone, utilizzabile anche per feste e/o riunioni di lavoro, con camino, bagno, cucina e all'occorrenza una stanza ; una scala in legno conduce ad un piano rialzato, sempre in legno, dove ci sono due vani/camera doppia uno con letto matrimoniale e l'altro di fronte con due letti singoli.
Utilizzabile fino a 8 posti letto.

Nel terreno adiacente al Villino, recintato, illuminato e videosorvegliato, con altro cancello e accesso indipendente si trova il "Green Space" dove c'è la possibilità di sostare, da Marzo a Ottobre,
su terreno erboso con la vostra #Caravan/#Camper/#Tenda e usufruendo di tutti i servizi: bagno, doccia, carico e scarico, corrente elettrica, acqua potabile, area comune riparata, barbecue, rete WIFI e tanto altro.

Una location piccola, semplice e spartana ma al tempo stesso accogliente, per questo più adatta al turismo estero e agli amanti del Wild Camping. Meno adatta a chi ricerca particolari confort e a persone con problemi di deambulazione dato il terreno erboso e a tratti sconnesso. Capace di ospitare, per eventi particolari, anche 12/16 Caravans/Campers/Tende ma nell'ordinario, per scelta, non più di 6/8 Caravans/Campers/Tende. Questo per lasciare agli ospiti, oltre che un corretto distanziamento sociale, spazio, pace e tranquillità.
Collegatissimo con Pullman e Bus. Inoltre Possibilità (con costi pari al biglietto del bus), di servizio navetta da e per la Stazione di Zagarolo e/o Metropolitane.

A country cottage, in Gallicano nel Lazio, placed in a strategic position Ten minutes from the A24 (Tivoli) and the A1 (San Cesareo) a few kilometers from Rome, the beauties of Tivoli (Villa Adriana, Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana)and from the Rainbow Magic Land Playground in Valmontone.. ideal for spending a holiday or relaxing break for a day, a weekend or more days with also a Caravan/Camper/Camping Tend parking area.

The house, simple but welcoming, has an independent access and is inclusive of garden and barbeque outdoors; It is surrounded by greenery, is framed by a beautiful forest and will allow you to find yourself in the utmost discretion and privacy.

It will allow you to fall a sleep with the song of crickets and cicadas and wake up with that of the birds, to doze or read a book lulled by the "deafening" silence of the countryside.

Furnished in country style and equipped with air conditioning the house consists of a large living room, also usable for parties and / or business meetings, with fireplace, bathroom, kitchen and, if necessary, a room; a wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine level, also in wood, where there are two rooms / double room one with a double bed and the other in front with two single beds.

In the land adjacent to the villa, fenced, illuminated and under video surveillance, with another gate and independent access, there is the "Green Space" where there is the possibility of stopping, from March to October, on grassy ground with your #Caravan/#Camper/#Tent and taking advantage of all the services: bathroom, shower, loading and unloading, electricity, drinking water, sheltered common area, barbecue, WIFI network and much more.

A small, simple and spartan location but at the same time welcoming. Suitable for to foreign tourism and lovers of Wild Camping and less suitable for those looking for particular comforts and for people with walking problems given the grassy and sometimes bumpy ground.

Able to accommodate, for special events, even 12/16 Caravans/Campers/Camping tends but in the ordinary, by choice, no more than 6/8 Caravans/Campers/Camping tends. This is to leave guests, as well as a correct social distancing, space, peace and tranquility.
Very connected by Coach and Bus. Furthermore, by checking / agreeing availability, costs and times, the possibility of a shuttle service to and from the Zagarolo station and / or Metropolitane.
Hence the need to offer everything only by reservation (calling first by phone).
